The route of The North Face® TROPHY-BIKE changes every year and presents a journey of a dream starting at the volcano, Arenal and ending at the Pacific Ocean "Playa Tambor", 310 km for 3 stage.
The North Face® TROPHY-BIKE is a mountain biking race in teams of 2 or solo. The route is characterized by dusty and demanding gravel paths, strenuous rocky uphills, thrilling technical downhills, magnificent river crossings and stunning forested single tracks.
Event Date: October 14-16, 2011

Costa Rica has one of the best biking trails in the world. Tour De Costa Rica attracts all the best bikers in the world for the benial meet.

I've heard that this had been a successful event. I love cycling or biking and I think that this is the best cardio exercise.
