When I built this greenhouse just before the winter started last year, I dreamed of moments like this. Connecting with our food sources is one piece of the puzzle for teaching children to respect our natural world and yet another way to get them outdoors. A bonus is that our 3.5 year old now will nibble on lettuce at the dinner table which I did not even dream of at this age! ~Kit

Gardening is one of the best outdoor family activities to do, as it encourages everyone to get involved in making their garden look great. The pictures look fantastic its great to see everyone getting involved. Thanks for the post
